App State Basketball Tip-Off Dinner Set for Oct. 21 in Boone

BOONE, N.C. — App State men's basketball fans can get an early look at the 2026-27 Mountaineers during the program's annual Tip-Off Dinner on Wednesday, Oct. 21, at Holmes Convocation Center.

App State says registration is now open, with college basketball analyst, former national-championship-winning coach and Army veteran Chris Spatola serving as the keynote speaker. Tickets are $150 per person, while an eight-seat table sponsorship is available for $1,800.

The evening will include dinner, an inside look at the upcoming season from head coach Dustin Kerns, a question-and-answer session with this year's team and a silent auction.

The event gives Mountaineer fans another preseason touchpoint as App State prepares for its newly announced 18-game Sun Belt schedule. Registration information is available through App State Athletics.
