Duke Punter Kade Reynoldson Enters 2026 as Preseason All-American

DURHAM, N.C. - Duke's special teams unit enters the 2026 season with one of the ACC's most accomplished returning punters in Kade Reynoldson.

Reynoldson was selected to Phil Steele's 2026 Preseason All-America Second Team after another productive season for the Blue Devils. He punted 44 times for 1,963 yards in 2025, averaging 44.61 yards per kick - the eighth-highest single-season average in Duke history.

Field position was a particular strength. Reynoldson placed 21 punts inside the opponent's 20-yard line with only two touchbacks, while producing 22 fair catches and seven punts of at least 50 yards.

He was previously recognized as a Freshman All-American and earned Duke's John Folmer Most Valuable Special Teams Player award following the 2025 season. His return gives the defending ACC champions an established weapon in the kicking game as Duke prepares to open Sept. 5 against Tulane.
