Guilford County says 2026 property-tax bills are projected to be mailed by Aug. 15, while officials warn residents about fraudulent calls and letters seeking early payment.

Guilford County’s low-income homeowner assistance program will open to all qualifying residents on Aug. 16 after an initial 30-day period limited to homeowners age 65 and older.
