Winston-Salem/Forsyth County’s Planning Board meets Thursday afternoon with a 211-lot residential project, multiple rezonings and a proposed city park-land sale on the agenda.

Summerfield Town Council will hold a public hearing Tuesday night on a request to rezone about 106 acres on Millbrook Road and a nearby Sarah Marie Drive parcel for residential use.
