Charlotte FC Returns to MLS Play Saturday Against Columbus Crew

Charlotte FC shifts back to MLS regular-season play Saturday, Aug. 15, when the Crown host Columbus Crew at Bank of America Stadium. Kickoff is scheduled for 7:30 p.m.

The match comes immediately after Charlotte’s three-game Leagues Cup Phase One run against Pumas UNAM, Atlas FC and CF Pachuca, making Saturday the club’s first league fixture since its Aug. 1 road match at Chicago.

Charlotte FC is also promoting the match as Pride at the Pitch. The club’s event page lists a pre-match social on the Skydeck from 5 to 6:45 p.m., along with themed activities and discounted ticket options tied to the promotion.

After Columbus, Charlotte has a busy stretch with an Aug. 19 trip to Toronto followed by another home match Aug. 22 against D.C. United.
