Winston-Salem St. Baldrick's Event Raises Awareness for Childhood Cancer Research

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — Community members gathered at Incendiary Brewing Company for the 20th annual St. Baldrick's Day event, shaving their heads to raise money and awareness for childhood cancer research.

The annual fundraiser brings volunteers and supporters together in solidarity with children undergoing cancer treatment while raising money for research.

The Winston-Salem gathering continued a two-decade local tradition of supporting the St. Baldrick's Foundation's childhood cancer research mission.
