Wake Forest Athletics is warning fans to expect new parking and traffic patterns for the 2026 football season because of ongoing construction and roadway work connected to The Grounds development.

The school says access routes have been realigned around Deacon Boulevard, and some patrons entering the Blue, Orange or Gold lots will travel over temporary gravel or road plates.

For the Akron game, day-of-game parking will be available in several lots for $20 per space, including the Allegacy and Pepsi lots at LJVM Coliseum, along with the Senior Services and Midway lots at the fairgrounds.

A free parking option is also available at 2400 Reynolda Road. Wake Forest says shuttles from that lot will begin running two hours before kickoff.

Fans with season parking passes are encouraged to check their assigned route before traveling because several lots now have specific entry points and restrictions on access from Deacon Boulevard or University Parkway.
