NC A&T Visits Georgia State Tonight Seeking First Win of 2026

ATLANTA, Ga. — North Carolina A&T goes on the road Friday night for a 7 p.m. matchup against Georgia State, with the Aggies looking for their first win of the 2026 season.

A&T enters at 0-1 after a 17-7 loss to Morgan State in its opener. Georgia State is opening its season after going 1-11 in 2025. The game is scheduled to stream on ESPN+, while A&T’s official coverage lists radio on 103.5 FM and 1400 AM.

The Aggies have enjoyed past success in Atlanta, including four Celebration Bowl victories there during their MEAC era. A&T will be looking for more consistency on the ground after quarterback Braxton Thomas threw for a career-high 240 yards against Morgan State.

Friday’s game gives the Aggies an early opportunity to test themselves against an FBS opponent before returning to their schedule against regional and conference competition.
