GREENSBORO, N.C. — North Carolina A&T State University is preparing for the 100th edition of the Greatest Homecoming on Earth, with the centennial celebration scheduled for Oct. 25 through Nov. 1, 2026.
The milestone week will bring student and alumni events, the homecoming parade and the Aggies' football matchup against Elon University. The homecoming game is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 31 at 1 p.m. at Truist Stadium, and the university lists the game as sold out.
A&T says the 2026 celebration marks a full century of Homecoming tradition. The university's centennial site highlights the parade, step show, alumni concert, tailgating and other events as key parts of the weeklong celebration in Greensboro.
The university says the Homecoming parade will also take place Oct. 31 as part of the 100th edition. Organizers describe the centennial parade as a celebration of generations of Aggie students, alumni and community supporters.
For Triad residents and visiting Aggies, A&T has also published a Homecoming Game Day Ready Guide covering parking, street closures, stadium policies and other logistics ahead of the Oct. 31 game.
