Forsyth County Career Expo Set for Sept. 24 With On-Site Interviews, Application Help

Forsyth County Government will host a Career Expo on Thursday, Sept. 24, giving job seekers a chance to meet directly with hiring teams from multiple county departments.

The event will run from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Forsyth County Government Center, 201 N. Chestnut St. in Winston-Salem. County officials say attendees can learn about available careers and speak with departments about employment opportunities.

Some participating departments plan to conduct interviews during the expo, and the county says same-day job offers may be made for select positions. An application lab will also be available on site to help visitors complete county job applications.

Job seekers are encouraged to bring a resume, questions and information they may need when applying. Current Forsyth County job openings are also available through the county's employment website.
