Charlotte FC Faces FC Cincinnati Tonight With Home-Playoff Position in Reach

Charlotte FC visits FC Cincinnati on Saturday night with a chance to strengthen its Eastern Conference playoff position as the regular season enters its final stretch.

Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m. at TQL Stadium. Charlotte enters after a 2-1 road win over CF Montréal and is 4-0-2 over its last six league matches.

The Crown will be without Ashley Westwood and David Schnegg because of yellow-card accumulation. Cincinnati also has key absences, including Evander for yellow-card accumulation and Obinna Nwobodo following a red card.

Charlotte entered the weekend fifth in the East, eight points ahead of seventh-place Cincinnati. A win could move Charlotte as high as third depending on other results.
