Undefeated App State Prepares for In-State Test Against NC State

BOONE, N.C. — App State football will put its undefeated start on the line this weekend in an in-state matchup with NC State.

The Mountaineers enter the game 3-0 and are seeking a fourth straight victory. NC State enters off a difficult loss, and App State head coach Dowell Loggains said his team is preparing for an urgent response from the Wolfpack.

Loggains emphasized that the Mountaineers need to be ready for NC State's best effort as App State faces its biggest test of the young season.
