DP: Snappy Lunch Pork Chop Review- 10.28.26
I should be able to drive from the Triad towards Tennessee blindfolded after all the recent trips I made.
Last weekend, I went from HP to Johnson City, TN for HPU's exhibition against ETSU, and made the return trip home that same Sunday night. The very next day, I was headed West again to Mt. Airy.
You really need to take a trip to Mayberry if you've never been. It wasn't my first time, but because the weather was spot-on, it just reinforced how nice of a stroll it can be up and down Main street.
Stop in and say hey to Will at Marion's! He's a former musician, now carrying on a legacy in jewelry.
One thing I had not tried before was the pork chop sammy at Snappy's. According to other co-workers, it was a "must-have" while you're there. And to their point, right on Snappy's menu it lists it as a "famous" sandwich.
